Important historic grade II* listed Yorkshire Dales manor house roof repairs

Having obtained listed building consent from the Yorkshire Dales National Park we have completed the work to re-slate this important Yorkshire Dales house.  The work  included undertaking surgical repairs to the  original circa 1670 roof timbers. The project was undertaken throughout a very challenging winter in order to not disturb the incumbent Brown Long Eared Bat maternity roost which has returned to the roof void via newly installed lead bat slates.
