Important grade II* listed house roof repairs and re-slating

Having obtained listed building consent from the Yorkshire Dales National Park work is nearing completion on this work to re-slate this important Yorkshire house.  The work has included undertaking surgical repairs to the  original circa 1670 roof timbers. The project has been undertaken throughout a very challenging winter in order to not disturb the incumbent Brown Long Eared Bat maternity roost who will continue to access the roof void via newly installed lead bat slates.
